To succeed in these specialist areas often involves receiving referrals for friends and work colleagues.
In recognition of these referrals we offer an incentive of £200, which will be divided as £100 in vouchers for selected shopping outlets and £100 to be donated to one of the Heat Recruitment's chosen charities: The Royal Blind Society, World Wildlife Fund & Cancer Research UK

- In order to qualify for this referral incentive you must be a registered candidate of Heat Recruitment.
- The offer does not apply to referrals who are already known to Heat Recruitment.
- Referrals must be found employment by Heat Recruitment and be successfully employed in this permanent employment for a minimum period of 3 months.
- A list of charities and shopping outlets can be acquired from any Heat Recruitment office.
