    Duties and responsibilities


    The IT Support Specialist will provide 1st and 2nd line support for users via the IT Helpdesk
    Build, configure & deploy IT hardware and software packages
    Maintain and develop core corporate servers and associated voice and data networks
    Perform data backups and control tape assets, in accordance with the Company Disaster Recovery Plan and Backup Policy

    Skills
