International Accountant / Director
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Bristol

Our Client is an international Consultancy with a large portfolio of varied Clients based in the centre of the Bristol business community. An opportunity for a Client Services Director has arisen due to the rapid growth and expansion of the business and its Client base.

Responsibilities:

Develop strong relations with senior client personnel
Chose a strategy to best fit your client
Coordinate departments to best serve your clients
Liaise regularly with head of departments to ensure standards are maintained
Keep VP Services aware of developments and issues
Produce account plans and communicate as such to management Board
Use effective people management skills to ensure all departments are committed and motivated to servicing client needs
Project Management including Identifying tasks, distributing and delegating work accordingly, set timescales, track performance, coordinate interconnected tasks to ensure no hold ups, communicate updates regularly to Client
Partner the Business Development department to effectively develop new clients and markets
Work with other CSD's to standardise the role through project tools, aide memoirs and regular meetings
Contribute to the identification and recommendation of methods of improving quality of service and operational effectiveness within the organisation

Skills:

Hold an accountancy qualification and a strong practical background in tax planning, compliance or stats
Familiar with start up situations of companies across either EMEA or APAC beneficial
Previous experience in a similar role preferred

Practice Accounts Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Bath

Main Responsibilities:

Assists with all aspects of the audit process
