Description: Accounts Assistant
Location: Bristol
Salary Indicator: £18,000 - £22,000
This is a good opportunity to join a leading based Bristol company and assist with the day to day running of accounts (currently manual) and computerised payroll.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accruals and Prepayments
VAT Returns
Accounts preparation to trial balance (Manual)
Reconciliations
Payroll
Monthly bank reconciliations
Cost control
Month end reporting - Balance sheets, P & L and TB etc for various clients
Drafting up Financial statements and management reports
Raising sales ledger invoices for rents and service charges
Maintaining accurate accounting records
Skills:
Knowledge of Manual Accounts
Knowledge of Excel
Able to work as an individual, as well as part of a team
Previous experience of working in a Property Company
AAT / ACCA Qualified would also be beneficial
