Corporate Finance is an area of Business that has seen significant ups and downs over the past 12 months. However, with market stability becoming more prominent opportunities in the field are more widely available. This opportunity is with a leading Top 50 Practice based in the heart of London's Financial District. Your responsibilities will include advising Client's, mentoring junior members of staff and contributing to the advancement of the Practices Corporate Finance services.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a small team in advising clients on issues relating to capital markets, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions
Advising on, arranging or assisting clients on a variety of matters ranging from: regulatory and compliance issues and general corporate and financial concerns
Working within the team to ensure all internal and external rules and procedures are adhered to
Skills:
The ability to interpret financial information
The ability to put knowledge of financial principle into financial models
Knowledge of AIM Rules, Purple Book and the Blue Book
Qualified (ACA / ACCA) Executive status (Manager)
The ability to negotiate (Manager)
Experience of CF transactions (Manager)
The ability to negotiate with strong people skills (Manager)
The ability to prepare financial models and analyse clients models

This unusual opportunity is ideally suited to an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant who has an entrepreneurial edge.
My Client is a niche Boutique Practice which operates in several locations throughout the UK. They are actively seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their team in order to expand their business portfolio and Client base.
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain their own Book of Business, and Manage the Business they create on an ongoing basis.
In return the successful candidate will command a £25,000 basic salary and 10% commission on all the Business they complete.
