  Salary: £75,000 - £120,000

  Our client is a leading Firm of Chartered Accountants in the Suffolk area, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager / Director to assist and run the Business Services Department

  
  Duties and Responsibilities

  
  As a Senior Manager/ Director you will have responsibility for continuing to grow the business and delivering high quality service and advice to your clients. You will need a proven record of delivering excellence and be committed to your own career development and that of your team. You will manage your own portfolio and be actively representing the practice in the local rural community whilst developing new business opportunities.

  
  Skills

  
  ACA/ACCA qualified ideally from a progressive accountancy practice
  Proven experience of forging successful business relationships
  Up to date accounting knowledge - including accounting standards
  Determine scope and planning for assignments for agreement with business services manager
  Experience in audit, accounts preparation, and tax
  Experienced people manager, with the ability to coach and develop a team
  Innovative approach to problem solving
  Pro-active communication style
  Be capable of providing strategic leadership
