Description: Trust Foundation Accountant
Location: Bath
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
My Client comprises 3 thriving and prestigious Schools which are well established organisations in the South West area. An opportunity has arisen for a well qualified individual to play a key role in the management and development of the finance function. Reporting to the Bursar
Responsibilities:
Financial management and control of the Trust and its three Schools, its Trading Company, Trusts, Charities & Investments
Coordination of Forecasts, Annual Budgets & Business Plans, including Financial Modelling
Personnel Financial functions
Ensuring Compliance with all Tax and Charity rules
Management of the accounts team
Skills:
The successful candidate will be qualified, (ideally ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong financial acumen
An effective communicator
Previous experience in a an educational environment essential
