Salary Indicator: £30,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading company, who are currently looking to add a Compensation and Benefits specialist to join their executive Bristol based team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate advice on all aspects of compensation and benefits
Benchmarking of salary/benefits internally and externally

Skills:

CIPD qualified desirable but not essential.

Excellent report writing and presentation skills
International Experience would be beneficial

Description: Regional Marketing / Business Development Senior Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
This role requires the individual to work across the South offices, working Partners and providing business development support being the main marketing contact for the South Based offices. This is a Good Opportunity to join a growing firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide business development support, advice and coaching to Partners and Promote best practice and project manage tenders
Run effective targeting programmes and campaigns
Keep a handle on the sales pipeline and 'encourage' Partners to create, follow-up and record leads
Provide business development input into the regional and office plans
Track and measure the success of business development including conducting tender debriefs
Liaise closely with the Client Care and Information Specialists to ensure a co-ordinated and effective approach to marketing

This is a brilliant opportunity for an individual with a HR or Tax background to specialise in the area of Stock Options. Our client is looking for an individual who has had experience in this area.
Duties:
Responsible for a portfolio of international clients
Advising clients on the use of various forms of stock based remuneration for international employees
Liaising directly with clients regarding local tax treatments in respect of stock based remuneration
Preparation of stock based remuneration documentation for awards to individuals in non-US jurisdictions
Advising client on the use of all international tax planning opportunities
Other adhoc stock advice, both to clients and internally, as required
Working with the stock compliance team to ensure all stock compliance is completed on a timely basis
Skills:
Previous / or basic Experience in Stock Options/ESPP
