Description: Customer Development Agent
Salary: £14,000 basic , £22-25k OTE
Location: Aust, Bristol
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the South West leading Insurance providers. The Customer Development Agent will be responsible for contacting existing and new clients for the purpose of creating and furthering business opportunities. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that personal productivity and quality are of an acceptable level.
This is a lead generation role for Life Insurance Sales Advisors.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in accordance with current procedures
Comply to FSA Regulations
Obtain interest in Life insurance from contacted customers
Offer guidance to customers in accordance with remit and to identify customers who can be transferred to ensure sales
To actively pursue improvement
To ensure that personal workloads are kept up to date
To ensure that quality issues are addressed and improved upon
To contribute effectively and positively to the ethos of the company

As a result of continued expansion, we are currently seeking for a Telemarketing Executive on behalf of one of the leading Business to Business direct marketing companies in the UK. Our client is dedicated to serving clients within the IT, Internet Service Provider and Telecommunication market.
You will be responsible for working with a database of existing, dormant and new clients, getting involved in all aspects of the sales process, and building and maintaining your own business pipeline selling both IT hardware and software.
Responsibilities
Make telephone calls to prospects, keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client's products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
Achieve budgeted campaign results and specified targets
Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaigns
Skills
Proven sales experience within an outbound, business to business telemarketing role
