Our client, a leading and well respected Brand within Financial Services are looking to appoint a number of T&C Supervisors to their team across the country
Working closely with the management team and the IFA network the successful individuals will be responsible for managing a panel of IFA's to ensure their compliance, general advice and service is in line with both the FSA and Company guidelines
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising and Training Advisors from day 1 through their career with the firm ensuring they adhere to the T&C Scheme and they meet the requirements for Competent Advisor Status
Visit regional advisors and perform case checks (one active and one previous)
Liaise with the Compliance Team at Head Office to support ongoing training and development
Work closely with the Compliance Director and the Head of Advisory to ensure the T&C Scheme is up to date and performing as required
Manage a regional Panel of IFA's
Provide reports on changes to FSA regulations to ensure the firm remain compliant and ahead of the regulatory regime
Manage and Deliver regional Training / Compliance Sessions
Skills:
A high level of Technical Financial Planning knowledge
Qualified to FPC / Cert FP standard ideally with some Advanced modules already undertaken
A varied skill set including excellent Organisational and Planning skills with a good level of communication (both Written and Verbal), Presentation, Prioritisation and relationship management skills
Previous experience within a similar role for either a Provider or IFA network
