Team Leader

Our client is an established Financial Services company and is looking for an experienced Team Manager to head up the sales support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To manage, motivate and develop, on a day to day basis, a team of Private Wealth Administrators to ensure that they provide an efficient, effective and timely administration service to the Advisers and the Clients
To ensure that the Administrators and Assistants where applicable are delivering an excellent service to both the Advisers and the clients
On occasion to provide direct support for one or more advisors
To operate within the strict FSA regulations
Having input into the business strategy of the branch
To enabvle the office to achieve targets
To manage attendance, sickness and holiday to provide required staffing levels
To implement regular 1:1's, annual appraisals and objective setting
To be a source of technical expertise and guidance on a wide range of financial products
Providing coaching and support to the team to ensure they meet the requirements of the role on a day to day basis
To adhere to TCF principles
Skills and Responsibilities:
Previous experience in an administration role within the financial services industry as well as managing a team of 'Operations' based staff, preferably in a Financial Services environment
CF1 and CF2 recommended or equivalent Financial Services qualification
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
Experience of carrying out 1:1 review meetings and performance appraisals
Experience of recruitment and people development
Experience of working within defined service standards and procedures
Good track record in delivering customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and develop effective working relationships
Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and deliver through others
Excellent administrative planning and organisational skills
