Description: Managing Director - Financial Planning Practice
Location: Somerset
Salary: £Negotiable + Benefits

Our client an expanding firm Financial Planning practice are looking to appoint a Managing Director to manage and develop the practice further.
Liaising closely with the Practice's board and the wider group board the role will encompass full management and business responsibility for the practice
Duties and Responsibilities:
To produce and deliver business plans to continue the Practice's growth
Develop and implement relevant systems to increase financial performance
Implement performance management systems
Liaise with relevant Key Stakeholders including the Compliance Director to ensure all area's of the practice operate within company and FSA rules and regulations
Promote the firms 'Quality' focused marketing.
Manage Financial Performance and implement relevant strategies to increase business productivity
Overall responsibility for the Practices offices nationwide
Skill:
Candidates should ideally be APFS Qualified with a number of years within management of a Financial Planning Practice
Be able to manage and develop a wide range of staff within the financial services arena
Have a skill set that includes high level communication, Management, Leadership, Client Management, IT and Communication (Both Written and Verbal Skills
A high level of commercial awareness with a good level of Technical Knowledge and Skills
