You will be an established mortgage advisor who will be looking to add to your current client bank. They offer an extremely generous commission rate on mortgages brokered by yourself as well as on the leads supplied

  
  Duties

  
  To provide excellent, timely and compliant mortgage related protection advice to any existing clients you would bring with you as well as leads generated
  To adhere to TCF
  To adhere to industry standards
  To produce agreed volumes of new business per annum

  
  Skills

  
  CeMap qualified
  Previous earnings record in excess of £50,000 per annum
  Your own book of business is needed, but there are orphan clients and new leads are available to supplement your existing client base
  Willing to look at candidates from a variety of backgrounds

  My Client is an established Mortgage provider based in Bath. They are actively seeking an entire new team of Trainee Mortgage Advisors to join their existing team in order to strengthen their position within the South West Mortgage market.

  If you have experience in sales in a call centre or direct environment this is the ideal opportunity for you to build a career within the Financial Services sector and receive Training towards the CeMap qualification.

  
  Responsibilities:

  
  Provide Advice to clients for new / re-mortgages and protection products
  Develop leads from introducers and existing clients
  Provide a high level of service to clients and introducers
  Provide advice in a compliant fashion and in line with FSA rules and regulations
  Liaise with Key internal and external stakeholders

  
  Skills:

  
  Ideally be educated to A-Level standard
  A desire to began a career in Professional and regulated sales
  Good communication (both written and verbal) IT, sales and negotiation skills
  Ideally have a sales background and be looking to develop a career within the Financial Services industry
