Duties and Responsibilities:
To complete the new business process.
To check application forms and cheque/payment method
To be aware and monitor the complliance process
To complete new business and other appropriate registers
Filing as required using the Company's Standard Document Management System
To record and chase applications
To contact clients in order to chase further information
To check all policy documentation is satisfactory before issuing to client.
To obtain illustrations/quotes from the providers
To contact insurance companies as required to obtain required illustrations
To use CTP/Exchange for certain products in order to produce illustrations and obtain documentation (i.e. application forms, key features)
To go online under various websites to produce illustrations
To ensure that illustrations received are accurate.
Continued client servicing
Working on behalf of the Consultant, making calls and booking appointments.
Preparing all paperwork for meetings with clients
Making sure all ongoing correspondance is sent to clients
Deal with fund switches, surrenders and indexation on policies where appropriate and as requested
Amending all records including change of address, or death of a client
Photocopying and filing and any general admin tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in a Financial Environment is essential
Working towards CFP qualification is desirable.
An excellent knowledge of Compliance
An enthusiastic and positive attitude and ability to use own initiative.
Able to multi task
Accurate, methodical and a keen eye for detail is essential.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Good Typing Skills essential.
