Account Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary Up to £33,000 + Car allowance £327 a month & Bonus

We have an excellent opportunity for 2 Account Executives within the Bristol area to join one of the UK leading insurance companies. Your role will be to undertake sales activities within General Insurance market ensuring delivery of sales and marketing targets.

Responsibilities:

Management and development of new and or existing accounts
Working under minimal supervision will be responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets
Identifying actual and potential customer or intermediary needs and meet those from full range of products
Evaluation of panel in order to drive maximum penetration/profit across panel
Identify and deliver appropriate marketing campaigns across panel
Gathering and feeding back market intelligence/activity. Carry out presentations and sales training for new product launches
Delivery of distribution strategy objectives through brokers on panel

Skills:

Computer literate
Good knowledge of sales processes within the Insurance market
Good product and technical knowledge

Account Executive
Location: Sutton - South East Territory
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Car & Benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading Insurance Company within their Commercial team developing and marketing to a panel of existing brokers across the South East. These accounts do include some large complex or technical cases. Your key function within the role will be to maintain and implement agreed strategy for the region in developing existing and new relationships.

There is a degree of flexibility to this position so my client is interested in interviewing individuals across the South East that are able to work from the Sutton office on occasion.

Responsibilities:

Position: Field Based
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

We are seeking an Account Manager based in the North West (Manchester Area) with experience of developing relationships with Key Insurance Brokers for a leading Insurance company.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the relationship with nominated key accounts
Responsible for the delivery of agreed product targets within key accounts
Principal contact across the board
Liaise with underwriters to highlight areas that could affect account profitability
Ensure the smooth running and quality of output within the agency team
Identify and introduce measures to increase retention of business on a profitable basis
Identify and secure incremental business in line with the agreed growth plans across the personal lines and self-employed product range
Assume ownership of each account and develop individual contact strategies in line with each account that ensure consistency from all areas of the business

Skills:

High level of motor underwriting knowledge including the ability to interpret MI, loss ratio performance and identify trends
Strong knowledge of motor, household, travel and self-employed Insurance
Working knowledge of current commercial offerings
Ability to negotiate at all levels, both internally and externally

Experience of P&L Account and Loss Ratio interpretation
