Commercial Loss Adjuster
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 D.O.E

This is an Exciting opportunity to join a leading Loss Adjusting practice across the UK within its Commercial Loss Adjusting team. The organisation is seen as one of the leading providers throughout the UK within the Commercial claims market. You will be dealing with a wide range of Commercial property claims through out the surrounding area with the assistant of a highly rated technical support team.

Responsibilities:

Provide a high level investigation service with support of in house staff through to conclusion with complete control
Dealing with high Net-Worth Commercial Claims
To provide the highest standard of service to clients and policyholders in a personable manner
Assist with continued business development through building and enhancing company relationships with key insurers, brokers and other clients

Skills:

Background in Commercial Property Loss Adjusting Adjusting
Strong technical knowledge of the Claims process
Demonstrate a strong ability to investigate and see to the heart of an issue
ACII or ACILA Qualified
Able to produce accurate and detailed reports
Excellent Negotiation skills

Commercial Loss Adjuster
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: East Midlands

Our client, one of the Insurance markets leading Loss Adjusting organisation, is seeking Commercial Loss Adjuster to join their expanding network. You will be entrusted to investigate each commercial claim with an impeccable degree of accuracy through to completion, ensuring a comprehensive service to all clients.

Responsibilities

Effectively handle a caseload of Commercial Claims investigations through to completion
Deal with a portfolio of complex claims with a varying degree of monetary value
Closely liaise with solicitors, Brokers and Insurance Companies
Accurately negotiate settlements to a mutually agreed outcome
Develop relationships with key insurers, brokers and policy holders
Write thorough, conclusive reports on each investigation

Skills

Previous experience in a Commercial Loss Adjusting role
Ability to handle complex commercial claims through to settlement
ACILA or ACII qualified
A strong understanding of the Insurance Industries and the various commercial policies
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proven negotiation skills
Able to prioritise workloads

You will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of high value commercial and domestic losses from inception through to an agreed settlement.

Managing a caseload of domestic and commercial claims upwards of £500,000 from inception through to settlement
Establish strong relationships with High Net Worth clients
Closely liaise with the insured, insurers, intermediaries and contractors throughout the course of the claim
Provide detailed, in depth reports on each case
Assist in the development of junior adjusters, providing advice and guidance when required
Assist in any technical claims queries
