Description: Internet Marketing Executive
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £30,000
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internet Marketing Executive to join a leading Insurance Brokerage. The primary role is to increase web enquiries through a range of online marketing programmes including Search Engine Optimisation, Pay per Click and the creation of affiliations with other companies together with the implementation of links from other companies websites.
You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to gather data on potential leads and will develop a strategy aimed to grow the business, including the development of new and existing websites
Responsibilities:
Develop e-mail and SMS marketing campaigns into sales
Run an internal SEO Programme, PPC Programme
Run affiliate Programmes.
Responsible for content of websites, updating fresh content e.g. news
Design and produce basic web graphics
Daily reporting of website performance
Maintain a good understanding of insurance products in various areas of the business
Ensure that product knowledge is consistently updated through continual personal development and the attendance of workshops and training sessions
Skills:
Experience of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and basic techniques
Experience of PPC Marketing (Pay Per Click)
Experience of web affiliates and online advertising campaign
Web Design Skills
Photoshop / Dreamweaver Application
General Internet in the online world
User of social networks / personal blogs etc

Description: Marketing Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: up to £50,000
A Marketing Manager is required by a leading Insurance brokerage in the Cardiff area . The Sales and Marketing Managers focus will be entirely on the activities of the Sales and Marketing Team and must endeavour to continuously improve performance standards - both in terms of behaviour, delivery of service and the attainment of business targets through effective marketing both online and offline.
You will be responsible for setting direction and ensure that the business unit understands the standards that are required through development, motivation and knowledge. Responsible for all aspects of marketing including planning advertising, planned activity, timely product promotion and continuous product development.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Board will work closely with all sales functions to provide a formulated marketing strategy to ensure continued grow of the business.
To actively contribute to the development of the strategic direction of the organisation
Ensure work volumes and targets are achieved through allocation of work, monitoring staff performance and analysing data
Manage performance and service standards through regular Personal Performance Development Reviews
Manage the people processes for the team, e.g. absence, disciplinary and grievances, annual performance reviews, performance improvement in conjunction with HR.
Ensure continuous improvement, initiating / facilitating and responding to change in a positive manner and has the flexibility to adapt to these changes in the organisational environment and to sustain heavy work demands when necessary
Reviews statistical / performance data as appropriate, interprets and provide feedback on success of initiatives with solutions to further enhance
Skills :
Extensive working knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and related techniques and programme management, including Pay Per Click marketing
Detailed understanding of web affiliates and online advertising campaign
Understanding of best Web Design practices
General understanding of the Internet and the online world
User of social networks / personal blogs etc
