Salary: £16,000 - £20,000

One of the UK's leading Traditional Insurance Brokerages is seeking an ambitious Insurance Broker to join their successful team. You will be responsible for liaising directly with customers, identifying their needs and presenting insurance risks relevant to their current situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Present the features and benefits of a variety of personal Insurance Risks to customers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional policies where relevant
Maintain the professional image of the organisation through outstanding customer service, professional appearance and manner
Manage renewal invitations, new business enquiries and mid-term adjustments

Skills

Previous experience within the Insurance Industry within a Broking or Sales role
Good working knowledge of Personal Lines and / or Commercial Insurance
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Able to work well within a team environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
Insurance Sales Advisor
Salary: £15,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £25,000)
Location: Bristol

We are currently looking for target driven sales advisors within a specialist team dealing with GAP Insurance sales. Our client is looking for agents to work in our growing, successful sales team to capture and build rapport with customers.

You will play a key role in furthering business opportunities for the company, and will be responsible for contacting existing policy holders who have purchased commercial van and motor insurance, to sell additional cover known as GAP Insurance.

Skills

Proven sales experience is essential, preferably within a contact centre environment
Experience within the Insurance Industry would be advantageous
Due to the location of our clients offices you will need your own transport as public transport is not available
A good attitude and desire to work within a sales environment
Motivated and self driven and relish working towards targets
Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

Duties & Responsibilities

Insurance Sales
Basic Salary £15,000 - £17,000 (OTE £24,000)
Location: Cardiff

Working as part of this friendly team, the purpose of the role is to contact prospective and existing customers via the telephone to gain their agreement to have a Commercial Insurance quotation and to provide a high quality, professional and efficient service.

The Business you will be calling are fully aware of the organisation - there is no cold calling however, you'll need to be able to establish a swift rapport

We are seeking a talented individual. You will have gained relevant and recent experience in a similar role working for a professional organisation making outbound calls. You'll be able to demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills
Experience in a Telephone-based Sales Orientated role
Focus on target and results
Ability to work in a team based environment and to demonstrate motivational skills

Life Sales
Basic Salary £15,000 - £16,000 (OTE £24,000)
Location: North Bristol

Working as part of this friendly team, the purpose of the role is to contact prospective and existing customers via the telephone to gain their agreement to have a Life Insurance quotation and to provide a high quality, professional and efficient service.
The customers you will be calling are fully aware of the organisation - there is no cold calling however, you'll need to be able to establish a swift rapport

You must be flexible as our client requires successful applicants to carry out shift work
