  Responsibilities
  
  
  Work as part of a team and also on their own initiative
  You will be filing, answering the telephone, general office duties and supporting the existing office staff
  Dealing with delegated authority payments and processing spreadsheets
  Deal with all incoming post within the claims department and distribute amongst the team accordingly
  
  
  Skills
  
  
  Previous administrative experience
  Computer Literate
  5 GCSE's grade A-C including Mathematics and English
  Good organisational skills
  Excellent communication skills
