    Personal Injury Claims Advisor
    Location: Bristol
    Salary: £16,500 + Bonus & Benefits (OTE £20,000+)


    A Claims Advisor is required by a leading Legal Practice to handle all initial processing. By joining this company you will be joining a leading revolution in the market, one which is set to pave the way in the way Legal Practices run. My client will be able to offer you a fantastic Benefit Package with a fantastic Pension Scheme, Company Bonus, Free Parking and other money saving benefits.


    Responsibilities


    To be the first point of contact for all ULR and personal injury claims leads and convert the leads and allocate them to the in house practice
    Explaining to client in clear terms what services we can offer and what immediate and long term steps will follow
    Sales mentality
    Targeting potential personal injury cases from specific facts, and selling the benefits of using my client as their representative
    Target driven, Team focus
    Teamwork will be an important factor as the team will liaise with various departments across the business
    Excellent oral and written skills
    Ability to respond to queries by letter essential as is the ability to offer clear and concise advice on the spot


    Skills:


    GCSE English or equivalent
    A Levels or evidence of further study
    Some legal qualification desirable but not essential
    A-Level law, law degree and/or further study beneficial
    Basic understanding of the claims process and/or the industry as a whole
    Previous roles in the insurance industry and/or commercial/legal environment
    Sales background or call centre experience would also be welcome
