  We are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Counter Fraud Group in our clients Milton Keynes office.
  
  The successful candidate will run a caseload independently, consisting of pre and post-litigated files, involving suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims, including low impact velocity claims, contrived/staged/induced accidents, theft, exaggerated claims and those involving bogus passengers.

  would also be keen to discuss this opportunity with applicants who fulfill the above critera with experience in RTA claims rather than fraud - but who have a keen interest in fraud

  Previous experience of the insurance industry and the use of a case management system are required. We are looking for a team player with excellent IT and analytical skills and an enthusiasm for this area of work.
