We have a fantastic opportunity for Legal Executives with a background in Personal Injury Claims who have an interest in dealing with fraudulent Motor Personal Injury claims. Our client is looking to expand their existing team by adding a legal executive with a genuine interest in this area of Insurance law.
The successful candidate will run a caseload independently consisting of pre- and post-litigated files, involving suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims including low impact velocity claims, contrived/staged/induced accidents, theft, exaggerated claims and those involving bogus passengers.
You must have experience in Personal Injury and be fully conversant with CPR and be able to run your own caseload from start to finish. An eye for detail us required and the ability to make rapid decisions and judgments. Previous experience of the insurance industry and use of a case management system are required.
We are looking for a team player with excellent IT and analytical skills and an enthusiasm for this area of work. An ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and prioritise your own caseload is essential.

Description: Wills & Probate Executive - 3 Month Contract
Salary: £29,000 (Pro Rata)
Location: Bristol
Our client are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Executive to join their team for 3 months to assist with a caseload of Wills & Probate matters.
Candidates should have experience of managing a varied caseload from inception through to completion
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload on a day to day basis
High level client management skills
Provide assistance to partners where required
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Provide high quality advice to clients
Manage all cases within agreed timescales
Skill:
A good level of knowledge of Wills and probate law
A varied skill set that should include a high level of communication (both written and verbal), negotiation and IT Skills
Candidates should be able to show the ability to meet and exceed client expectations
Ideally be qualified ILEX or as a solicitor (Preferable but not essential)
