Responsibilities

Negotiating settlement of costs claims
Undertaking detailed assessment
Managing own case load
SkillsYou will need to have 3 years previous experience in reviewing cost claims within a Legal Practice or In-house equivalent
You will need to be highly client facing as the role from time to time will require yourself to provide advice and assistance
You should have a good technical ability and drafting skills, knowledge of Civil Procedure rules and relevant Legislation
