Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be the primary tax contact with clients and HMRC, and will be empowered to make a difference through your work.
You will also be heavily involved on all advisory work carried out in the department, including acquisitions/disposals, shareholder planning, EMI schemes
The company require you to develop an advanced level of technical knowledge through working with partners, appropriate reading and training courses as well as assisting with marketing activities as required
Skills:
With a strong academic record, you are likely to be ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified, but it goes beyond the academic
In order to really perform in this role it is essential that you are highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic
Likewise your communication and inter-personal skills will be well developed, with a strong capacity to build relationships
You should also possess a strong attention to detail, be dependable and show excellent management skills in terms of meeting deadlines and conflicting priorities

Skills:
ATT, CTA, Degree level qualified or equivalent

The ability to make recommendations to assignment leaders with proper considerations of positives, negatives and consequences
