  Deal with and liaise with clients on a regular basis and organise visits to clients as needed.
  Planning, budgeting and carrying out assignments
  Delegating and supervising work of more junior members of the team
  Reviewing work and carrying out job appraisals
  Preparation and/or review of personal and corporate tax returns
