    Home Moving requires a part time post completion paralegal working 22.5 hours a week. You will be required to assist the Home Moving Team with all aspects of post completion work on sale, purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity files who will be based in the Bristol office.

    The main duties will include:-
    Dealing with land registry applications and requisitions on purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity files to include both unregistered and registered titles.
    Closing and archiving fee earners files across the team.
    Finalising retention files.
    Balancing ledgers.
    Dealing with additional leasehold post completion matters, ie notice of assignment/charge, deed of covenants etc.
    Managing a spreadsheet to diarise expiry of searches and applications.

    The successful candidate should ideally be ILEX qualified or be an experienced Licensed Conveyancer.

    Standard minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above to include Maths and English do apply.
