    Skills


    Experience within an external Loss adjusting role
    Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively including report writing
    Ability to work in a structured manner to drive for quality
    Evidenced ability to plan and organise workload to achieve/exceed targets whilst ensuring quality
    Technical competence and experience of handling domestic property losses up to an agreed value
