Site settlement of claims (repudiation and cash settlement) or referral to building repair network
Achieve monthly performance targets including revenue, case productivity, lifecycle and pro-activity
Case files maintained to a high professional standard, including complete site notes, photographs, scoping, validation, telephone call records and written communication
Skills
Experience within an external Loss adjusting role
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively including report writing
Ability to work in a structured manner to drive for quality
Evidenced ability to plan and organise workload to achieve/exceed targets whilst ensuring quality
Technical competence and experience of handling domestic property losses up to an agreed value
Complete understanding of our range of associated services
