Pensions Administrator
Location: Cheltenham
Salary Indicator: £18,000 - £22,000
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a leading and well respected firm of Chartered Financial Planners. Our client is currently looking for an experience Financial Services Administrator with a good understanding and knowledge of SIPPs, SSASs, GPPs, to support a well respected team of Pension Specialists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Confirming client appointments by letter & enclosing relevant compliance documents Preparing meeting packs for client meetings
Preparation of Investment Summaries, ensuring all data is kept up to date and is accurate
Processing client authority letters and obtaining detailed policy information
Updating and maintain client personal and policy information
Processing new business applications and following through until completion
Dealing with client and product provider queries
Skills:
Knowledge of SIPPs, SSASs, GPPs
Working towards the Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) an advantage
Experience of working in an administration environment for at least 1 year
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly communicate with clients by post, email and telephone
Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines and service standards

You will have experience of handling a variety of litigated contractual breach and fast track personal injury claims, so as to minimise associated exposure and loss while providing excellent service to internal and external customers
Responsibilities:

Ensuring that you are always fully up to date with current court process and the Civil Procedure Rules
