The opportunity offers variety and scope including:
Manage a mixed portfolio of clients; including farms with estate work attached.
Provide advice on business strategy together with constructive input into succession and retirement planning.

Work closely with the existing partner and tax team.
Contribute to business development and build own profile in the business community.
Manage the existing team of accounts staff.
Review accounts and act as point of reference to the team with regard to complex issues.

Skills:
A leader, a team player, and above all a confident senior manager.
Ideally you will already have a good base of contacts, (not essential) and be able to leverage your new team into the market and lead them to success.
ACA/ACCA qualified with experience of both Corporate and Non Corporate work.
With a background in, or knowledge of, agricultural clients, perhaps as part of a mixed portfolio to date
Knowledge of tax issues relevant to the sector
Networking & Business Development skills.
Managing/motivating a team to deliver results.
Proven track record of client management
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport.
