The right candidate will have an extremely strong Pensions background combined with a history of being in a client facing role

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Drafting tender documents and presentations
    Conducting research, analysing and presenting the results using the appropriate modelling tools
    Responsible for the drawing up of all client communications
    The installation of a new Defined Contribution scheme and salary sacrifice arrangements
    Excellent Communication skills with both colleagues and clients
    A duty to uphold the correct industry Compliance procedures

    Skills and Responsibilities:

    You will require excellent Pensions knowledge and be from a background where you are already advising clients
    Specialist Pension Transfer Credentials such as AF3 or G60 along with J04 J05 advanced pensions qualification
    An extremely strong background of tax/trust planning, investments and specialist pensions such as SIPP.
    The ability to discuss pension issues within a wider commercial context and to understand the role of developing new solutions to these issues
    At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.

    Responsibilities:

    Managing the whole process of reviewing clients needs
    Assessing outstanding information required to proceed
    Preparing client reports - these may be in relation to pensions, investments, Trustee Investment, IHT planning and other associated financial planning requirements
    Reviewing products available to meet client needs and making appropriate recommendation
    Preparing asset allocation and appropriate fund selection
    Arranging the ordering and checking of Personalised Illustrations from product provider Research
    Reviewing new contracts and alterations in product providers terms and making recommendations

    Responsibilities:

    Gathering of information from clients and scheme trustees / managers to enable preparation of pensions and divorce and pension transfer analysis reports
    Interpretation and modelling of occupational pension and personal pension scheme structures to calculate equalisation of pension benefits on divorce
    Identifying errors and omissions in the information provided
    Preparation of transfer analysis reports and associated documents
    Preparation of draft reason why letters for sign off by Pension Transfer Specialist
    Provide progress reports to introducers on agreed frequency
    To assist with recording and accounting of fees
    Provide a high standard of service to all existing clients
    To assist with the development of the Pensions and Divorce service
    Maintain and develop the introducer database
    Administrative and technical support for the Directors
    Maintaining knowledge and awareness of industry related matters and legislation

    Skills required

    Minimum of 5 years' experience within financial services industry, with emphasis on pensions.
    Financial Planning Certificate / Diploma.
