Intelligence Fraud Analysts - Milton Keynes
Location: Milton Keynes

A top legal firm is expanding its counter fraud team within their regional office by looking to add 2 Analysts.
Reporting to the Senior Analyst you will have a proven ability to research, analyse and report on data of a highly sensitive nature. Having a keen analytical mind and a background as an analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical support for file handlers as well as the production and dissemination of intelligence reports to external clients, within the framework of the National Intelligence Model. You will have excellent communication skills and previous experience of i2 Analyst's Notebook.

The ability to work under pressure as part of a busy team is essential, as are excellent IT skills.

The successful candidate will have industry experience in developing VB.NET including ASP.NET applications complemented with strong SQL skills in an MSSQL environment

Due to continued growth our client has gone through they are now seeking an Assistant Solicitor to join their Property Insurance and Construction Group as a team leader.

We are seeking a senior assistant solicitor with a background in handling material damage and coverage claims on behalf of insurers. You will have experience in and an aptitude for supervising others.

You will manage a team of file handlers and lawyers handling subrogated claims on a delegated scheme relating to material damage and business interruption claims (which often raise policy coverage issues) on behalf of insurers. In this capacity you must be committed to actively managing technical, strategic and associated issues in respect of any given claim

The role includes responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance practices throughout the team and also includes responsibility for collecting and controlling management data through established IT software.

You will report to the supervising partner in respect of all management issues and you will also have your own caseload of similar material damage and property insurance claims.

You will assist the supervising partner in developing and maintaining client relationships

The successful candidate will be an imaginative and creative lawyer. An ability and willingness to market, assist and prepare seminars is essential.
