  Duties:

  
  Responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of clients
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year
  Develop a strong commercial understanding of the clients' businesses.
  Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
  Ensure that the firm's risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times.
  Identify and recognise business and sales opportunities with new and existing clients, and inform the Partner and client as appropriate.
  Support Partners and Senior Managers in the development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity.
  Act as a role model for trainees and executives

  Duties and Responsibilities

  
  This role will predominantly involve undertaking client audit, accounts and tax work for a wide range of clients
  Liaise with Tax Department on company and directors tax issues
  Lead personal and professional development issues (with partners) for department personnel
  Assist in recruitment, training and coaching of staff
  Manage WIP and monthly billing levels
  Plan and review key department assignments (or assist/direct where required)
  Assisting in marketing the firm and helping to acquire new clients at every opportunity

  
  Skills

  
  ACA /ACCA /CA Qualified with at least 3 years PQE
  A strong background in Business / Audit Services with business development skills
  Experience in working within the not for profit sector and charities experience would be advantageous
