It would be an advantage to have experience in dealing with Legal Expense Insurance work, as the majority of the caseload will involve LEI claims. (Although the firm does have a legal services commission franchise to carry out publicly funded work)
Experience:
The successful candidate will have Post Qualified Experince, preferably with a background In Personal Injury cases
Previous clinical negligence experience is essential.
Good working knowledge of CPR.
You will be a fully qualified Solicitor/ FILEX or equivalent
