    International Tax Accountant
    Location: Yeovil
    Salary: £25,000 - £45,000


    Our client is a recognised expert in their field and has grown at an exceptional rate and are looking for motivated team players, who would enjoy the challenge of working in a unique, international environment, where success is driven by results and a high quality client service.
    They are now seeking to recruit an International Tax Accountant

    Responsibilities:

    Reporting to Head of Tax Services and working in a small team of international tax professionals you will provide advice and support on various corporate tax consultancy projects including but not limited to international and transfer pricing aspects
    Continually research new products and services and ensure knowledge is kept up-to-date with legislation and procedures
    Working closely with the Client Service Directors to assist with proposals and pitches for new work
    Transfer Pricing inter-company agreements, benchmarking studies, & documentation requirements
    Tax treaties PE risk assessment
    Tax planning, IT planning

    Skills:

    Financial / Accountancy Degree (or equivalent)
    ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified, but not essential
    Experience, in a financial environment
    Knowledge of EC Tax Law - EC tax directives; ECJ jurisprudence
    US tax law knowledge, CFC rules, subpart f income, IRS transfer pricing regulations
    VAT knowledge and experience, awareness of general and direct tax implications within international settings
    Excellent communication and use of the English language.
    Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
    Other languages an advantage
