  A highly successful law firm is currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its practice. You will be required to cover all aspects of property including Lease and Enfranchisements, landlord and tenant, development and general property Conveyancing. You will be experienced with High Net Worth files, with a focus on quality rather quantity, an interest in the market and at least 2 years experience.

  Our client offers a full range of real estate services for a variety of clients from occupiers, investors, and developers to landowners, both in the UK and internationally

  
  Responsibilities:

  
  The team deals with a varied case-load acting for developers, institutions, property companies and dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters
  To specialise in the development, investment and disposal of property and have worked on some large-scale transactions, including advising on the property aspects of corporate transactions

  
  Skills:

  2 years PQE would be beneficial
  Experienced in dealing with the finance, acquisition and development aspects of residential property
