  Location: Dorset
  Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (Subject to experience)
  
  
  Our client requires a fully experienced Land Development Solicitor with 5 years PQE to work within an exciting Legal Practice. The role is within a busy commercial property department in their office in Dorset. Ideally the candidate should come from or be expected to live in or around the Poole/Bournemouth business community, and will have their own secretary. They will offer a competitive Salary, excellent portfolios, a welcoming Team environment and solid team of support to help you in managing your caseload and caring for your clients.
  
  
  Responsibilities
  
  
  Working knowledge of all stages of acquisition and development
  The applicant will need to be familiar with infrastructure agreements and planning obligations, and will be dealing with Commercial cases as well as Social Housing cases
  Continue to provide excellent client care to existing and new clients
  Undertake business development expanding clients and taking on new business ventures
  
  
  Skills
  
  
  Experience of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant, commercial sales and commercial purchases
  Experience with social housing developers ideal but not essential
  Client contact and communication skills
  Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in conveyancing
  Ability to work to and achieve deadlines
