2020 is set to be our busiest year yet at Heat Recruitment, and here’s why…

From all of us here at Heat Recruitment, we hope you had a wonderful festive season and are just as excited as we are to kick off the new year! We’ve been preparing for the new decade by investing in our business to ensure that we can can support yours. As always, we’re here to be your go-to talent provider, anticipating your requirements, understanding your needs and finding your right talent match – as quickly and efficiently as possible.

As we kick off another year, we wanted to share what we’ve been working on and what we’ve got in the pipeline.

IR35

As of April 2020, the IR35 reforms will come into effect – meaning that the current legislation will be extended to the private sector. Undoubtedly, this will bring about a fair amount of change in the private sector, although it’s wise to continue working with contractors rather than avoid them completely. When the time comes, we’re here to help with your contract recruitment needs and are ready to answer any questions you may have over the new legislation. We’ve also provided a new platform to make the timesheet process more efficient.

Technology enhancements

We are constantly upgrading the technology we use, including recent investment in LinkedIn Recruiter, Cube19 and CloudCall. We’re now able to better leverage our data, streamline communications and expand our networks – all to enable us to serve both our candidates and clients better. These advanced technologies have now become decision-making tools which are embedded in our day-to-day working lives – a trend predicted to skyrocket in popularity in 2020.

Investment in digital marketing

The digital marketing sphere is an ever-changing landscape that continually requires critical analysis and investment in the market’s most powerful tools. So, that’s exactly what we’ve done to set ourselves up for the year ahead. It goes without saying that we actively scour the market for the best talent, but our heavy investment in digital marketing will attract even more unique candidates that can’t be found elsewhere.

NPS score

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is an index ranging from -100 to +100 that measures customer experience and predicts business growth. We’re delighted to have achieved a score of +82 from our customer feedback forms – an exceptionally high score highlighting the loyalty of our client base. This is typically a sign of organic growth and a high conversion rate from referrals into new leads. Here’s to continuing this – and pushing for an even higher score – in 2020!
