Position: Paraplanner
Location: Spalding, UK
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Benefits:

• 20 days basic holiday plus all bank holidays + additional 3 days between Christmas & New Year when the office closes

• Hybrid working model, with a minimum of 2 days in the office

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Paraplanner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves working as an integral part of our back-office team, collaborating closely with advisers on individual cases. While there is no progression to an adviser role available at this time, the position offers a dynamic and engaging environment for those who are passionate about paraplanning.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with advisers to gather necessary information for client cases.
2. Prepare thorough research and reports to support the advisory process.
3. Liaise directly with advisers, providing essential support for client-related activities.
4. Communicate with clients via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of service.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Paraplanner in a financial services setting.
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
6. Relevant qualifications in financial planning or paraplanning.
