A leading law firm with offices across the United Kingdom is currently seeking a Senior Corporate Solicitor with a PQE of 3+ to join their award-winning team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and significant experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures. Additionally, they will be expected to provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of staff.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
– Advising clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and joint ventures
– Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
– Providing strategic advice to clients on complex legal issues
– Mentoring junior members of staff and overseeing their work
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
